Job summary

Mediix Recruitment Pty Ltd. is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a well-established multidisciplinary allied health team in The Range, QLD. This generalist role offers a varied caseload across adults and paediatrics, with a mix of clinic-based appointments and community visits.

You will collaborate with a supportive team, receive onboarding and ongoing clinical mentoring, and have opportunities to broaden your skills while delivering patient‑centred care.

Qualifications

• AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist or eligible for registration.
• Willing to work across a generalist adult/paediatric caseload.
• Experience with functional assessments and therapy planning.
• Strong communication and client-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional assessments.
• Prescribing equipment and assistive technology.

Occupational Therapist – Generalist Role

A well-established multidisciplinary allied health provider in The Range, QLD is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join its friendly and experienced team. You'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse caseload while developing your clinical interests in a collaborative and welcoming environment.

The role

This is a generalist position with a mixed caseload across adults and paediatrics, depending on your experience and preferences. You'll work across a combination of clinic-based appointments and community visits, with the flexibility to shape your clinical focus as you grow in the role.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting functional assessments
• Prescribing equipment and assistive technology
• Developing therapy plans tailored to each client's goals
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care
• Gradually building your expertise in the clinical areas that interest you most
