Job summary

Revive Physiotherapy Mildura invites an Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in Mildura. You will work across our state-of-the-art clinic and visit clients at home to support independent living, delivering interventions for NDIS, aged care and private clients.

Role includes hand therapy, assistive technology prescribing, and collaboration with physiotherapists and exercise physiologists to achieve holistic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current AHPRA registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based OT interventions across NDIS, aged care, and private sectors.
• Conduct home safety assessments and prescribe Assistive Technology (AT).
• Provide clinical hand therapy, including splinting and upper limb rehabilitation.
• Work collaboratively with PTs and EPs to ensure holistic client outcomes.
• Complete high-quality reporting and documentation for NDIS and Home Care providers.

Revive Health Mildura is seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. Operating out of our state-of-the-art facility, you will work alongside Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists to provide high-quality, integrated care.

Our practice is deeply embedded in the community, providing essential services across the NDIS, Support at Home Packages, and the private sector.

About the Role

This role offers incredible clinical variety. You will support clients in our modern clinic—utilising our large rehab gym and advanced technology—as well as visiting clients in their homes to support independent living.

Your caseload will include:

• NDIS: Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), sensory processing, and ongoing therapeutic support.

• Support at Home: Support-at-home package clients, home modifications, and falls prevention.

• Private Practice: A range of clinical needs, including Hand Therapy and post-surgical rehabilitation.

• Assistive Technology: Prescribing equipment to enhance daily living and safety.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Criteria
