We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support across over 300 locations in Australia to thousands of community participants with services including Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Managing caseloads and delivering therapeutic services.
  • Assessing participants' emotional, psychological, cognitive, developmental, and physical functions through clinical observations and assessments.
  • Formulating treatment goals based on assessment findings.
  • Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
  • Supporting environmental adaptations at home, school, work, and residential settings.
  • Recommending assistive technology to promote independence.
  • Ensuring compliance with current legislation.

Qualifications:

  • Current registration with AHPRA as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Proactive, motivated by improvement, and open to learning new ideas.
  • Seeking a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
