A well-established private practice in Canberra is seeking an Occupational Therapist. You will shape a caseload around your clinical interests, whether paediatrics, adults, or both, with the clinic tailoring to your strengths and goals.

You’ll rotate between clinic visits and optional community sessions, and receive dedicated time for documentation, planning, and collaboration with a supportive admin team to keep you focused on high-quality client care.

Rather than stepping into a predefined role, you'll have the opportunity to build a caseload that suits both your goals and the needs of the practice.

The role

You'll work with a steady flow of referrals across both paediatric and adult clients, with the flexibility to focus on children, adults, or a combination of both. The aim is to create a caseload that reflects your clinical interests while supporting your ongoing professional growth.

Your week will include a mix of clinic-based appointments and optional community visits, with flexibility to organise your schedule in a way that works best for you. Dedicated time is built into your week for documentation, planning, and collaboration, while an experienced administration team provides day-to-day support so you can focus on delivering quality care to your clients.
