Job summary

Haylo People Pty Ltd specialises in Personal Injury, Workers' Compensation and Insurance recruitment and partners with an injury management organisation to recruit an OT/Physio/EP into their Rehab team.

The role offers opportunities to manage injured workers through recovery, coordinate return-to-work plans, and build stakeholder relationships within a varied caseload of rehabilitation projects in Newcastle / Gosford.

Qualifications

• Qualified OT / Physio / EP with current AHPRA registration.
• Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Clinical or occupational rehabilitation experience.
• Understanding of injury management, return to work or vocational rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of injured workers returning to pre-injury or new employer roles.
• Coordinate rehabilitation and return to work plans across complex physical and psychological injuries.
• Conduct workplace, ergonomic and functional assessments and develop tailored return to work programs.
• Attend case conferences and provide clear, timely recommendations throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.

About you
