Job summary

Mediix is seeking a Non-Accredited Obstetrics & Gynaecology Registrar in a regional South Australian hospital. The role offers broad clinical exposure, consultant support, and hands-on experience across antenatal, intrapartum, postnatal, and gynaecology care.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team in a busy regional service, with opportunities for professional development, flexible arrangements, and relocation assistance to support interstate or international moves.

Qualifications

• Hold AHPRA General Registration, or Limited Registration (Level 3+).
• Interest in women’s health and expanding O&G skills.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with patient-centred care.
• Able to manage competing clinical priorities and workloads.

Responsibilities

• Provide obstetric and gynaecological care under consultant supervision.
• Participate in theatre lists, birth suite duties, and outpatient clinics.
• Support and supervise junior medical officers.
• Engage in clinical audit, teaching, simulation, and quality improvement.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused departmental culture.
