Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Windows Server and Linux OS administration.
• Familiarity with VMware or Hyper-V and enterprise infrastructure support.
• Understanding patch management, security best practices, and compliance standards.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and logging tools.
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow or Jira.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations for Windows and Linux servers, including provisioning, configuration, patching, and system maintenance
• Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve incidents within defined SLAs
• Manage patching and security updates in line with organizational policies
• Monitor system health using enterprise tools, analyze logs and metrics, and implement performance improvements
• Contribute to automation initiatives by developing scripts with PowerShell, Bash, or Python to streamline processes
• Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams, providing technical guidance and maintaining comprehensive documentation
