Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong teamwork orientation and ability to work in a hospital‑style front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house model.

• Assist residents with meals and drinks following personalised meal service guidelines.
• Lend a hand with daily life activities, ensuring residents feel heard, comfortable, and well‑fed.
• Collaborate with the team to support residents who require additional care and assistance.
