Job summary

Estia Health Wattle Glen is hiring experienced Personal Care Workers (PCA) on a part-time or casual basis. Morning, afternoon, and evening/night shifts available in a welcoming home near Melbourne.

You will support residents with daily living, health monitoring and activities, while upholding dignity and privacy. A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care is required, with prior caregiver experience and solid documentation skills preferred.

Qualifications

• You’ll be a true team player and great communicator.
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – ensuring residents are heard, comfy and well-fed.
• Support residents with challenging needs as part of a team.
• Help keep residents’ bodies and minds active.
• Monitor residents’ health and assist with treatments.
• Be a friend to residents and respect privacy and dignity.
