The position offers a competitive salary of $150,816.94 per annum plus super and a 38-hour week, with a focus on staff wellbeing and clinical excellence within a semi-rural hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• The Nursing Unit Manager is responsible for the efficient management of nursing and other relevant staff and coordination of the provision of nursing care.
• Leads nursing staff and ensures effective liaison between health professionals.
• Responsible for environmental and work, health and safety management of the unit.
• Leads a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, person-centred rehabilitation care across rural and regional communities.
