Job summary
Health & Management Pty, in partnership with the Institute of Health & Management (IHM) in Melbourne, seeks a Course Coordinator for the Bachelor of Nursing. You will provide academic leadership, design and oversee delivery, assessments and professional placements across campuses.
A strong focus on ANMAC accreditation, NMBA standards and cultural safety will guide your work. The role requires leadership of staff, collaboration with the Registrar, National Placement Coordinator and Quality
Qualifications
- Master's degree (AQF Level 9) in Nursing or a closely related discipline.
- Current unrestricted NMBA registration with clinical currency.
- Experience coordinating or supporting coordination of an accredited nursing/health course in higher education.
- Demonstrated experience with ANMAC, NMBA standards and higher education standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide academic leadership and coordination of the Bachelor of Nursing across campuses and delivery modes.
- Lead and mentor the Course Team and academic staff.
- Maintain ANMAC accreditation and NMBA approvals.
- Oversee curriculum development, assessment design, moderation and results governance.
- Ensure placement requirements are safe, high quality and compliant.
- Drive continuous improvement through progression, attrition, completion and outcomes analysis.
