Job summary

The Institute of Health & Management (IHM) in Parramatta NSW is seeking a Course Coordinator for the Bachelor of Nursing. You will provide academic leadership, coordinate curriculum across campuses, oversee accreditation with ANMAC and NMBA, and mentor academic staff.

You will work with the National Placement Coordinator and QA team to ensure safe, high‑quality placements, drive continuous improvement and support student success.

Qualifications

• Advanced leadership capabilities in higher education nursing programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience mentoring academic staff and coordinating course teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and overall coordination of the Bachelor of Nursing across campuses and delivery modes.
• Lead and support the Course Team, Course Advisory Committee and academic staff, including mentoring.
• Lead and maintain ANMAC accreditation, NMBA approval and compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Oversee curriculum development, review and mapping with focus on cultural safety and interprofessional learning.
• Lead assessment design, moderation, results governance and external benchmarking.
• Oversee professional experience placement requirements in partnership with the National Placement Coordinator.
