Job summary
WA Country Health Service is seeking a qualified professional to lead and evaluate nursing and midwifery recruitment programs. You will coordinate workforce initiatives, liaise with other health services to promote WA Country Health Service Nursing and Midwifery programs, and provide consultancy on workload indicators across WA Country Health Service and external partners.
The roles include a Permanent Full Time appointment and a Permanent Part Time appointment at 0.4 FTE, with opportunities for
Qualifications
- Experience in development, implementation, management and evaluation of nursing and midwifery recruitment programs.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Conceptual and analytical skills, including innovative problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects.
Responsibilities
- Implements and evaluates Nursing and Midwifery recruitment programs.
- Coordinates and promotes WACHS Nursing and Midwifery workforce initiatives.
- Liaises with other health services to promote initiatives.
- Provides a consultancy service and monitors reports on nursing workload indicators.
