Job summary
University of New England invites applications for a Lecturer in Nursing – Teaching Focused (Level B). The role will contribute to the development of courses within the Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Nursing Practice and support teaching delivery across the discipline.
Applicants must be an AHPRA-registered nurse with a postgraduate degree in Nursing or health professional education, and have at least five years of clinical experience.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (no conditions) and postgraduate degree in Nursing or health professional education.
- Five years of clinical experience as a registered nurse.
- Evidence of developing or established teaching capability for Level B and willingness to contribute to unit delivery and teaching practice.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of Nursing courses (Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Nursing Practice).
- Deliver teaching and contribute to teaching practice development.
- Collaborate across disciplines and support student development and broader university activities.
