Job summary

Griffith University is seeking an Associate Lecturer (Level A) in Nursing to support the delivery of high quality nursing education across undergraduate and graduate programs, while contributing to teaching, scholarship, and student success within a collaborative academic environment. This continuing, full-time role is based at Griffith University Gold Coast with potential cross-site work.

Qualifications

• Hold current registration as a Registered Nurse with Ahpra.
• Possess a Bachelor of Nursing and a postgraduate qualification in nursing (Graduate Certificate or higher) or bring significant relevant clinical and professional experience.
• Demonstrate strong contemporary nursing knowledge and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
• Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills across academic, clinical, and professional environments.
• Be committed to ongoing professional development, with completion of, or current enrolment in, a master’s degree viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging learning experiences across undergraduate and graduate nursing programs.
• Facilitate contemporary teaching and assessment practices that support student achievement.
