Job summary

Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) invites applications for an experienced Assistant in Nursing to join our frontline team in Boorowa. This permanent role is offered with full-time, part-time or casual options, with remuneration listed as $65,150.16 – $71,479.42 per annum, pro rata plus super and leave loading where applicable.

You will deliver person-centred care, work in a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to safety and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Health Services Assistance (Acute Care) or one year completion of Undergraduate Registered Nursing or Midwifery degree.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond flexibly to changing clinical priorities.
• Commitment to patient-centred care, cultural safety and continuous professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred, evidence-based care in accordance with relevant standards and legislation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of safety and learning.

Education
