TAFE NSW is seeking a passionate Assessor of Nursing for the Taree Campus. This permanent part-time role (14 hours per week) involves independent assessments and grading for nursing students, including support during clinical placements across the region (Forster and Taree).

Applicants must have a Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent), current AHPRA registration, and either teaching qualifications or willingness to undertake the Paid to Learn Assessor Skill Set course, with possible hours up to

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent with relevant subject knowledge.
  • Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Teaching qualifications or willingness to undertake the Paid to Learn course.
  • Minimum three years post-qualification experience in nursing.

Responsabilités

  • Carry out independent assessments and grading for nursing students.
  • Support students during clinical placements across the region.
  • Work across facilities including Forster and Taree.
  • Role does not involve delivering training.
