Job summary

MedRecruit Limited in Swan Hill, VIC, seeks a Deputy Director – Emergency Medicine to lead and support the regional ED. This role combines senior clinical oversight with governance and operational duties in a 143-bed rural hospital.

You will mentor junior clinicians, contribute to workforce planning, and help drive safety, quality, and education initiatives while maintaining a clinical workload. International candidates can be considered.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as FACEM or FRACGP/FACRRM with advanced emergency medicine qualifications.

About the Role

An exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Emergency Medicine clinician to support the Clinical Director in the leadership, governance, and operational management of a modern regional Emergency Department.
