Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height, and stand/walk for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations.
• Product Demonstration: Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices.
• Stock Management: Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised.
• Flexible Scheduling: Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
