Baby Bunting is looking for a Retail Sales Assistant to deliver exceptional customer service and support new and expectant parents in-store. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and maintain stock with a focus on a welcoming shopping experience at our Shepparton location.

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service Experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• High standards in customer service and store presentation
• Calming irate customers with empathy and professionalism

Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement – Connect with and understand the needs of new and expectant parents, providing personalised assistance and product recommendations
• Product Demonstration – Guide customers through product features and benefits, ensuring they make informed choices
• Stock Management – Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure the store is well-presented and organised
• Flexible Scheduling – Work a rotating roster of flexible shifts across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
