Job summary

Forest Blooms is a wholesale nursery specialising in cottage garden plants for retail and landscape customers across the region.

As a Nursery Hand, you'll work outdoors in all weather, handling potting, plant production, order picking, dispatch preparation and general nursery maintenance.

This hands-on role values practicality, reliability, and attention to detail, with on-the-job training provided for machinery such as potting machines, tractors and forklifts.

Qualifications

• Takes responsibility for their work and follows tasks through to completion.
• Self-motivated and able to work efficiently without close supervision.
• Uses initiative—identifies what needs doing and acts on it.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
• Own transport is required.
• Experience in a nursery environment or with machinery is an advantage, but not essential.
