Job summary

Hiring4Health in Geelong region is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager for Heath Wing 3 to oversee paediatric clinics and diabetes educators. You will lead a unit with a contemporary vision for inpatient service delivery, co-designed with users and providers, in a fully recruited leadership team.

You will join a supportive culture emphasising respect, compassion, accountability and innovation, and will guide an engaged team while facilitating change and recovery‑oriented care.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse Division 1 with psychiatric/mental health training or equivalent.
• Minimum five years in psychiatric nursing or related field.
• Strong leadership, team engagement and change facilitation.
• Understanding of recovery oriented service delivery in acute settings.
