You will shape its culture, model of care and patient experience from day one, building a high-performing multidisciplinary team in a recovery‑oriented setting.

The role requires contemporary clinical leadership, trauma‑informed practice, and adherence to NSW Health standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in management or working towards attainment in same.
• Extensive clinical experience in a tertiary setting demonstrating ability to perform the role.
• Demonstrated leadership in development and provision of services that are patient- and carer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Provide visible, contemporary clinical and operational leadership at unit level.
• Coordinate patient care and create a safe, compassionate nursing environment.
• Manage people, resources and operations within allocated budgets.
• Build, support and mentor a high-performing multidisciplinary nursing team.
• Drive improvement through processes that strengthen performance, service delivery and patient experience.
