Job summary

Ramsay Clinic Northside – St Leonards Park NSW is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager for the Eating Disorder Unit to lead a dedicated team and drive high standards of care. You will oversee staffing, clinical governance, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders within a 24-bed unit.

The role reports to the Director of Clinical Services and requires RN with AHPRA registration, minimum 5 years’ acute care experience, and ED-specific expertise. Attractive base rate $70.89/hour plus super.

Qualifications

• Registered with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an acute health care setting.
• Clinical experience working with people with Eating Disorders.
• Strong clinical skill set with recent management experience.
• Experience with staff recruitment, rostering and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee efficient and effective management of staff within the department.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders involved in care and treatment.
• Lead in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
• Report to the Director of Clinical Services.
