Job summary
Queensland Health seeks a Nurse Unit Manager to provide advanced nursing and operational leadership across the Central Referral Hub and GPLO teams. You will drive patient-centred care and effective service delivery while overseeing resources and governance.
You will lead a multidisciplinary workforce, foster a positive practice environment, and champion quality improvement, evidence-based practice and transformational leadership within Queensland's public health system.
Qualifications
- Experienced nurse leader with advanced clinical and leadership capabilities.
- Knowledge of outpatient services, referral management and access to care.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage resources and drive improvement.
- Committed to evidence-based practice, quality improvement and patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical and operational leadership across CRH and GPLO.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage workforce, budgets and resources.
- Drive quality improvement, governance and service development.
- Ensure care and referral processes align with standards and priorities.
