Job summary

You will lead the development and evaluation of an innovative care model, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and advance your scope of practice to improve patient-centred care across services.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as Nurse Practitioner or eligible for Transitional path.
• Ability to develop Scope of Practice across multimodal specialties.
• Strong communication and teamwork with professional boundaries.
• Leadership and educational activities in current role.
• Experience in autonomous clinical decision-making and patient management.
