The Department of Health Tasmania is seeking Nurse Practitioners to lead Adult Mental Health Services across Tasmania's North and North West regions. These permanent, full-time roles combine clinical leadership and operational management of three community-based acute mental health services, delivering triage, assessment and brief intervention for adults with acute mental health concerns.

Qualifikationen
- Registered Nurse with NP endorsement (AHPRA)
- Master NP with mental health specialization
- Postgraduate mental health/psychiatric nursing qualification
- Experience with mental health across lifespan
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to person-centred care and recovery principles
- Ability to work independently within a team
Aufgaben
- Lead triage, assessment and brief interventions for adults with acute mental health concerns.
- Provide clinical leadership and operational management of three community services.
- Collaborate with emergency departments, emergency services, consumers, families and GPs.
- Develop trauma-informed treatment plans to promote recovery and wellbeing.
- Contribute to learning environments and post-registration clinical teaching.
- Coordinate on-call duties up to 76 hours per fortnight.
