The Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Murrumba Targan Djimbulung is a Registered Nurse who is a Nurse Practitioner and demonstrates advanced and expanded clinical skills, knowledge and high level capacity to translate these into contemporary evidence based primary health care for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples with or at risk of chronic health conditions. Within a credentialed scope of practice, the Nurse Practitioner provides nursing leadership, clinical governance, complex care coordination and support for patients of the First Nations service - Murrumba Targan Djimbulung.
