Job summary

Myhealth is seeking Registered Nurses to join our Sydney network across general practice and Urgent Care Clinics. We welcome expressions of interest for both full-time and part-time roles, with flexible arrangements to suit your availability and career goals.

You'll work closely with GPs, perform patient assessments, immunisations, wound care and chronic disease management, and contribute to a supportive team focused on high-quality care and community wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Experience in General Practice, Emergency Department or Urgent Care nursing.
• A genuine passion for patient care and making a difference in the community.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with GPs and practice teams.
• Confidence prioritising tasks and managing a varied workload.
• Ability to work autonomously when required.
• Best Practice software experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Working closely with GPs to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Conducting patient assessments, observations and clinical monitoring.
• Providing immunisations, wound care and other general practice nursing treatments.
• Supporting chronic disease management, health assessments and preventative care.
• Assisting with triage and the management of acute presentations in an Urgent Care Clinic.
• Performing ECGs and cardiac monitoring, where required.
• Managing referrals, clinical documentation and related medical administration.
• Maintaining clinical supplies, equipment and treatment areas.
