Department of Health in Tasmania is seeking a part-time Clinical Nurse Educator - Palliative Care to lead education across the palliative care network. You will work within a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement education programs aimed at enhancing symptom control and end-of-life care delivery.

The role emphasises advancing professional development, research engagement, and quality improvement within the Tasmanian palliative care service.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical practice in palliative care across acute and community settings.
• Ability to apply teaching/learning strategies in clinical areas.
• Knowledge of contemporary education theories and workforce development.

Responsabilités

• Develop, promote and evaluate education programs in palliative care.
• Provide clinical leadership and expert advice for care delivery.
• Contribute to learning programs for other health disciplines and volunteers.
