Base Salary: $108,225 - $115,615 (p.a.)

About the role

The Child Health Nurse provides comprehensive primary health care with a focus on child health to give babies and children the best start in life.

The position is within the Child Health Engagement Team and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including GPs, Aboriginal Health Practitioners, Registered Nurses, SEWB Practitioners, Allied Health Professionals, an Aboriginal Liaison Officer, Care Coordinator, Transport Officer, and Client Service Officers.
