West Moreton Health in Queensland is offering a specialised nursing training opportunity for Registered Nurses to upskill through the Transition to Acute Care Practice Program. The role is a 0.63–0.84 FTE, six-month temporary contract with the NMRT.

You will complete required training, participate in the statewide program, attend the clinical skills workshop, and undertake assessments and reflections to advance professional development under West Moreton Health values Connect, Respect and Excel.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a RN.
• Commitment to professional standards and ethical practice.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Complete ieMR PowerChart and MAR training.
• Attend mandatory training and pre/post assessments.
• Participate in the State-wide Acute Care Transition Program.
• Attend NMRT Clinical Skills Workshop and assessments.
• Develop education plans and reflection journals.
