Heidelberg Materials Australia is seeking a Technical Operations Manager to lead the NSW laboratory network from the Granville Laboratory, with travel to Newcastle and other sites. The role focuses on strategic direction, operational leadership, and technical oversight to ensure quality, compliance, customer service, and business performance.

• Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Materials Testing or Science.
• NATA Signatory status and experience managing accredited laboratory operations are highly regarded.
• track record of leading specialist teams and developing high‑performance culture.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and resource management experience.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and business results.

Mansioni

• Lead Granville and Warabrook laboratory operations, managing budgets, utilisation, testing revenue, costs and profitability.
• Provide strategic leadership and governance across the NSW laboratory network to meet objectives.
• Ensure compliance with NATA framework, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Champion a safety culture and OH&S compliance across the labs.
• Coach and develop laboratory teams, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Technical, Field Testing, Operational and Sales teams to support customers.
