Stantec Australia seeks a Team Leader for Environmental Approvals & Advisory in NSW. You will lead a high-performing team, guiding environmental impact assessment, approvals, and strategic advisory work while strengthening client and regulator relationships.

Exemplary leadership with extensive EIA experience and established NSW networks will support business growth and delivery of complex projects. Flexible working options are available under Stantec’s arrangements.

Formación

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Environmental Science, Planning, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management or related discipline.
• Extensive EIA and approvals experience with NSW and Commonwealth requirements.
• Proven people leadership and collaborative coaching and team culture.
• Strong NSW environmental market networks and stakeholder relationships.
• Proven consulting, project delivery and business development capability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop the NSW Environmental Approvals & Advisory team, supporting engagement and career development.
• Oversee team performance, workload, utilisation and resourcing across regions and disciplines.
• Initiate, plan and lead diverse projects from inception to completion.
• Provide environmental assessment, approvals and advisory services per NSW and Commonwealth requirements.
• Strengthen client, regulator and stakeholder relationships to support business growth.
• Lead and review proposals, project strategies and high-quality deliverables with safe, timely outcomes.
