ALRA | Australia’s Leading Recruitment Agency is seeking an experienced NSW Ecology Lead to drive ecological strategy across major SSI/SSD projects. You will direct assessments, guide approvals, and mentor a team of Ecologists within a globally recognised consultancy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in Ecology consulting.
• Strong knowledge of NSW biodiversity legislation and ecological approvals.
• BAM accreditation or proven BAM-led team leadership valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead ecological assessments and deliverables across SSI/SSD projects.
• Provide specialist advice on EIS and EPBC referrals.
• Mentor Ecologists and review BAM-accredited work.
• Collaborate with Environmental Planning teams to develop project strategies.
