Job summary

E³ Energy is expanding its New South Wales operation and seeking a commercially minded Business Development Manager to build the local customer base, pipeline, and project opportunities. You will drive the end-to-end sales process, coordinate with Solution Consultants, and partner with internal teams to deliver tailored solar and battery energy storage solutions.

This role offers uncapped commission and high earning potential, with a focus on developing opportunities across NSW C&I sectors,

Qualifications

• Experience in business development and B2B sales.
• Strong ability to build and manage a customer pipeline.
• Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across NSW C&I solar and storage.
• Lead from prospecting to contract close with a strong sales process.
• Coordinate site visits, proposals and commercial documentation.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
