Job summary

Pact Group’s Contract Manufacturing Division partners with leading FMCG brands to deliver products across personal care, home care and packaging. Pact is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to manage new product launches and change projects across manufacturing sites.

You will drive projects from brief to launch, coordinate timelines, costings and stakeholder communications, maintain SAP data, BOMs and pricing, and support operations and quality teams to achieve first production runs.

Qualifications

Experience in FMCG, packaging or contract manufacturing.
Experience with product costing and BOM management.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate new product introductions and product change projects.
Manage project timelines, critical paths and stakeholder communication.
Interpret customer briefs and oversee artwork, packaging and product specifications.
Prepare product costings in partnership with Finance and Operations.
Source packaging materials and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Lead project meetings and manage risks to ensure successful launches.
Maintain SAP master data, BOMs and pricing.
Support Operations and Quality teams to achieve successful first production runs.
