Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking a driven NPD Process and Project Manager for a hybrid role based in Australia. You will lead end-to-end new product development for the Yates AU Home and Gardens portfolio, drive stage-gate governance and manage cross-functional teams across Marketing, R&D, Supply and Regulatory.

You will influence senior leaders with portfolio updates and insights, while ensuring sustainability considerations and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline with demonstrated experience leading large-scale, commercially viable innovation or new product development projects.
• Strong knowledge of NPD, stage gate and portfolio management processes.
• Excellent planning skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple complex timelines and competing priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing outcomes.
• Proactive approach to identifying risks, dependencies and delivery challenges; confidence using digital workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and delivery of new product development projects from concept through to launch for the Yates AU Home and Gardens portfolio.
• Manage the NPD portfolio, timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Strengthen stage-gate governance and ensure projects meet key decision milestones.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, R&D, Supply, Regulatory and Commercial.
• Provide senior leaders with clear portfolio updates, insights and recommendations.
• Facilitate project reviews, stage-gate meetings and portfolio governance forums.
• Incorporate sustainability considerations into relevant product development initiatives.
• Up to $1,000 net annually to cover private health extras gap costs.
