Job summary

Yates AU Home and Gardens is seeking a senior product development lead to drive new product development from concept through launch for the AU portfolio. You will manage the NPD portfolio, timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, R&D, Supply, Regulatory and Commercial.

You’ll strengthen stage-gate governance, provide senior leaders with clear updates and recommendations, and embed sustainability into initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in Marketing or related field.
Experience leading large-scale innovation or NPD programs.

Responsibilities

Lead planning and delivery of new product development projects from concept to launch for the Yates AU Home and Gardens portfolio.
Manage the NPD portfolio, timelines, priorities, risks and dependencies.
Strengthen stage-gate governance and ensure milestones are met.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Marketing, R&D, Supply, Regulatory and Commercial.
Provide senior leaders with clear portfolio updates, insights and recommendations.
Facilitate project reviews, stage-gate meetings and portfolio governance forums.
Incorporate sustainability considerations into relevant product development initiatives.
