Job summary

APM Australia is seeking an Assessor for the National Panel of Assessors. This sub-contractor role focuses on fair, person-centred assessments that support disability employment outcomes.

You will conduct OSA and SWS assessments, prepare reports, and liaise with participants, employers and providers to ensure timely, quality outcomes. A Diploma or higher qualification in allied health or disability is required, with at least 2 years’ sector experience.

• Diploma or higher qualification in allied health, disability, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in the disability sector.
• Strong interpersonal, assessment, and report writing skills.
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and within strict timeframes.
• Sound IT literacy and commitment to data security.

• Assess workplace barriers and recommend modifications to support inclusion.

What your day looks like

• Conduct OSA for Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) participants
• Conduct SWS productivity assessments at participant workplaces
• AHPRA/ESSA/ASORC registered allied health assessors may conduct WMS assessments in conjunction with JobAccess and the Employment Assistance Fund (EAF)
• Assess workplace barriers and recommend modifications to support inclusion
• Deliver high-quality, timely reports
• Liaise with participants, employers, and providers to ensure fair, person-centred outcomes

What you'll bring
