UNIQLO Australia is seeking a Store Associate (Full-time) to deliver exceptional customer service and act as a brand ambassador across our stores. You will greet customers, assist with product information, and uphold brand standards.

Role requires flexibility to work a full-time roster, including weekends and late shifts. Training and career development are provided, with a structured path within a fast-growing global retailer.

The Role

The Store Associates [Full-time] is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities

Eligibility

Only candidates with full working rights and no restrictions on working hours in Australia are eligible to apply for this position. As this role is focused on full-time opportunities, candidates must be available to work full-time hours across a flexible roster.

Working Hours

This is mainly a full-time role and requires flexibility to work a range of shifts (both morning and night), including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays. As some shifts may start early or finish late, reliable transportation to and from the store is essential. Your roster will be scheduled based on your availability and the operational needs of the store.
