Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking Store Associates (Full/Part-time) to deliver exceptional customer service in our Sydney stores. You will greet customers, provide product information, and act as a brand ambassador across the shop floor, fittings, and checkouts.

The role requires flexibility to work a range of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach.

The Role:

The Store Associates [Full/Part-time] is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
• Providing exceptional service at shop floor,fitting rooms and checkouts.
• Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas.
• Replenishment of stock and display changes on the shop floor.

Eligibility:

Only candidates with full working rights and no restrictions on working hours in Australia are eligible to apply for this position. As this role is focused on full-time opportunities, candidates must be available to work full-time hours across a flexible roster.

Working Hours:

This ismainly a full-time role and requires flexibility to work a range of shifts (both morning and night), including late-night trading, weekends, and public holidays. As some shifts may start early or finish late, reliable transportation to and from the store is essential.

Your roster will be scheduled based on your availability and the operational needs of the store.
