Job summary

UNIQLO Blacktown Store is seeking a dedicated Store Associate (Full-time) to deliver friendly, expert customer service and uphold our LifeWear standards on the shop floor.

You will greet customers, manage stock, assist at checkout and fittings, and support deliveries while adhering to brand guidelines. A background in retail or service helps you shine; reliability, teamwork and a proactive attitude are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

The Role:

The Store Associate [Full-time] is the customer service specialist of the store. They are responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to customer needs, providing in-depth information about our products, and always operating as a brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting all customers in a friendly manner.
• Maintaining excellent shop floor standards and cleanliness.
• Providing exceptional service at shop floor, fitting rooms and checkouts.
• Processing of deliveries, maintaining tidy stock and equipment/back of house areas.

Working Hours:

This role will require you to be rostered across a variety of shifts including late night trading, weekends, and public holidays.
