Job summary

LSKD is seeking a North Lakes Assistant Coach to partner with the Head Coach, lead a high-performing team, and drive store growth in Queensland. You will manage daily operations, deliver community-focused in-store experiences, and coach a dynamic Educators team to 1% better every day.

This permanent, full-time role requires a Sunday-Thursday roster, strong product knowledge, and a passion for health and movement within the LSKD lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience in high-volume environments.
• Strong understanding of budgets, forecasts, and KPIs.
• Ability to build and motivate a team in a community-driven brand.

Responsibilities

• Support and drive the mission with the Head Coach to manage the business and hit growth goals.
• Create a community by organizing in-store events and local activations.
• Build and develop a world-class team and foster an inclusive environment.
• Coach the team daily with actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
• Be the product expert across fabrics, fits, and styles for authentic customer education.
• Own store standards including merchandising, opening/closing routines, and back-of-house organization.
• Read KPIs and translate metrics into actionable improvements.

Job Description

How you'll make moves

• Support & Drive the Mission: Work side-by-side with the Head Coach to manage the business, execute retail strategy, and hit your store's growth goals.
• Create A Community: Help roll out and galvanise your team around a strategic, fun quarterly plan of in-store events and local studio activations that turn customers into brand advocates.
• Build & Develop Your Team: Hand-pick, onboard, and develop a world-class team of Educators, creating an inclusive environment where differences are celebrated.
• Coach Your Team Daily: Run daily game plans and give real-time, constructive feedback that inspires the team to get 1% better every day.
• Be the Product Expert: Master our entire range of fabrics, fits, and styles, and ensure your team has the deep knowledge to educate our community authentically.
• Set the Standard : Own the standard of the store - from premium visual merchandising and flawless open/close routines to keeping the back-of-house organised and accountable.
• Know Your Numbers: Read your daily and weekly KPIs, track metrics like AOV, UPT, and conversion, and deliver sharp reflections with clear actions for improvement.
