Job summary

Ninja Parc Fyshwick is seeking a passionate Ninja Master to manage and grow Ninja Parc Academy classes. The role focuses on delivering high quality coaching across Tiny Ninjas to Youth Ninjas, leading a team of Ninja Coaches and Parc Rangers, and driving community engagement.

Ideal candidates will be active in movement coaching with leadership experience, a proactive mindset, and certifications in coaching, first aid, CPR, and a valid drivers licence.

• Current First Aid and CPR certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality classes for kids, teens and adults.
• Deliver regular Ninja Coach and Parc Ranger development.
• Uphold the quality of all Ninja Parc product and programs.
• Achieve Ninja Parc Academy growth targets.
• Organise and deliver Ninja competitions.
• Help to connect Ninja Parc with the local community.
• Follow Ninja Parc systems and process.
• Inspire and lead a team of Ninja Coaches and Parc Rangers.

The Role

The role of theNinja Master is to manage and grow Ninja Parc Academy classes.

• Tiny Ninjas: Walking - 2 years
• Mini Ninjas: 3 - 6 years
• Little Ninjas: 7 - 10 years
• Youth Ninjas: 10 - 14 years

We're looking for someone that is passionate about movement, coaching and leadership. You must have a high level of interest in being a part of the Ninja Parc community both locally and nationally. Whilst you will be provided with training, structure and support you must also be proactive and creative.
