WesTrac Guildford is seeking a Nightshift Supervisor to lead the Parts Distribution Centre team in a full-time role. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, drive safety, and support KPI achievement from the warehouse floor.

You will manage inbound/outbound flows, dispatch preparation, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring efficient operations and strong team performance during the night shift at the Guildford site.

Qualificações

• Experience in logistics or warehouse operations with a leadership background.
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma in Warehousing & Logistics is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and Lean principles.

Location: Guildford PDC, WA, AU

Reporting into the Warehouse Operations Manager, the Nightshift Supervisor will join our Parts Distribution Centre on a Fulltime basis at our Guildford Location. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll be responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, supporting your team to deliver against operational targets, and ensuring safety remains the top priority.

Roster:

Sunday to Wednesday, 7.30pm to 6am, 10.5 hours per shift (Including meal break)

What you'll do:

• Leading and coaching a team in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
• Monitoring operational performance and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinating inbound and outbound warehouse activities.
• Supporting the preparation of major dispatch runs to meet critical deadlines.
• Managing inbound shipments and warehouse workflows.
• Providing hands‑on leadership and actively engaging on the warehouse floor.
• Acting as an escalation point for operational issues and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in Logistics or Warehouse Operations, coupled with experience in a leadership role
• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Warehousing & Logistics (desirable, not essential)
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and Lean Warehousing Principles
• Excellent planning, organising, and decision‑making skills
• Proven track record in continuous improvement and change management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of Safety Systems (COR) and WHS Legislation
• Experience in the Mining and Construction industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
