Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking a dedicated cleaner for a 7/7 roster at the Goonyella Mine. You will be responsible for cleaning site offices, admin buildings, and work areas, keeping crib rooms and amenities tidy, and maintaining hygiene standards across the site.

The role requires Goonyella induction and current S11/CBM; previous coal mining experience is preferred, with a current driver's licence recommended. Camp accommodation and meals are provided for the duration of the 3-month shutdown

Qualifications

• Current S11/CBM required.
• Induction at Goonyella Mine required.
• Experience in coal mining environment.
• Driver's Licence preferred.
• BMA Core Induction highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Clean site offices, administration buildings, and work areas.
• Maintain crib rooms, kitchens, and amenities.
• Clean toilets, bathrooms, and change facilities.
• Restock consumables and maintain hygiene standards.
• Follow site cleaning schedules and shutdown requirements.
• Work safely in accordance with site procedures and safety standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Cleaning site offices, administration buildings, and work areas
• Maintaining crib rooms, kitchens, and amenities
• Cleaning toilets, bathrooms, and change facilities
• Restocking consumables and maintaining hygiene standards
• Following site cleaning schedules and shutdown requirements
• Working safely in accordance with site procedures and safety standards

What You Will Need

• Must have a current S11/CBM
• Must be Inducted at Goonyella Mine
• Previous experience working within a coal mining environment
• Current Driver's Licence preferred
• BMA Core Induction highly regarded
