Job summary
Webuild is leading the design and construction of critical health infrastructure in Western Australia, including the New Women and Babies Hospital in Perth. We are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Services Supervisors with Tier 1 contractor exposure to join a permanent night shift roster on hospital campuses.

Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Building Services within the building and construction industry.
- Experience on hospital or health related projects (advantageous)
- Strong ability to influence, manage and build relationships with engineering, consulting and construction stakeholders
- Experience coordinating services design, installation, commissioning and authority approvals on complex projects
- Strong planning, problem solving and decision-making capability, with the ability to operate effectively in dynamic or fast changing environments
- Proven experience managing subcontractors, technical documentation and multidisciplinary coordination
- Availability and commitment to work a permanent night shift roster
