Qualificações

• Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and current practicing status.
• Experience delivering night-care in residential aged care settings.
• Ability to make sound clinical decisions during night shifts.
• Strong communication with residents, families and team members.
• Commitment to resident dignity, privacy and independence.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents overnight.
• Monitor residents’ health and respond to changes or emergencies.
• Administer medications in line with policies and standards.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Provide leadership and support to care staff on shift.
• Ensure infection prevention, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Participate in handovers to ensure continuity of care.
