Job summary

CraigCare Group in Albany WA is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse for a full-time role in our Residential Aged Care home. You will lead clinical care, work with a multidisciplinary team, and support residents to live with dignity and comfort. AHPRA registration and aged care experience are essential.

You will deliver person-centred care, document meticulously, and participate in ongoing professional development and infection control practices within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration and experience in aged care.
• Ability to deliver resident-centred care and advocate for wellbeing.
• Strong communication and infection prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective clinical care per individual care plans.
• Develop and evaluate resident care plans in collaboration with the MDT.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and records.
• Support residents living with Dementia or requiring Palliative Care.
• Adhere to infection prevention and control practices.
• Promote safety, dignity and respect in daily care.
